From Piedmont Triad International Airport, Greensboro, NC (approximately 21.5 miles/31 minutes)

• Follow exit signs from airport to Winston-Salem. Take NC-68 South to I-40W.
• Merge onto I-40W to Exit 206 Kernersville (US-421 N)/Winston-Salem Downtown.
