Leadership

Paul Slack, Chief Financial Officer

Why I work at Mullen
I love the business we're in; it is emotional, creative and never dull. The people I work with are intelligent, driven, fun; care about the work, care about the people, care about each other, and most of all want success for our company and our clients.

What I really do
Pretty simple: stay focused on providing our clients and our management with coherent and timely information and advice on financial and personnel matters. This includes our technology, facility, human resources, accounting, policies and procedures.

How I maintain sanity
Keep everyone informed so there are as few surprises as possible. Get up early, go to bed early. Exercise six days a week. Bike and golf in summer, elliptical and ski in the winter. Good meals with friends and family.

Where I think "it's" headed
The future of our business will be based on our ability to change with the evolving needs of our clients and the delivery systems for their messages. Finding, fostering, challenging and maintaining the talent to embrace all forms of communications is absolutely critical. There has never been this much change, but where there's change there's opportunity and this group of people will take advantage of it.
