How I maintain sanity
Toys: Chopper, boat, Corvette, Hammond B3… but really, I love what I do so much I don't need any of them.

How I demonstrate my passion for my clients' business
Surprise them and disarm them by my actions and contributions: Be always accessible and present, physically as well as mentally; put their interests ahead of mine and our company's; do the unexpected; and have genuine, disarming fun. I know I've succeeded when clients ask me my opinion about things they don't normally talk about with their agencies.
