• Stay left when exiting airport.
• Get on Route 1A North and follow this until you see signs for Route 60 West to Route 1 North (in Revere, at a large intersection). (Rt. 1A goes off to the right; don't take this!)
• Follow Route 1 North to Route 128 North (stay left toward Gloucester at Route 128/Route 95 split in Peabody).
• Follow Route 128 North to Exit 18 (Route 22, Essex Street).
• Make left at stop sign at end of exit ramp (Route 22 North, Essex Street).
• Follow Route 22 North, bearing left at fork (after a convenience store/gas station — you'll need to use directional signal).

Mullen's driveway is on the left about 1/10th mile past the sign announcing you are "Entering Wenham" (sign will be on your right — first left in Wenham). A gray metal Mullen sign and white painted stones mark the driveway. Follow driveway ALL the way to top — Manor House entrance.

NOTE: Mullen is less than five minutes from Exit 18 off Route 128 North.

• Expressway North through Boston.
• Tobin Bridge — Route 1 North.
• Route 1 North to Route 128 North (Gloucester/New Hampshire).
• Route 128 North to Exit 18 (Route 22, Essex Street).
• Make left at stop sign at end of exit ramp (Route 22 North, Essex Street).
• Follow Route 22 North, bearing left at fork (after a convenience store/gas station — you'll need to use directional signal).
