Leadership
John Fitzgerald, President
John has learned that a great client/agency relationship is all about people, passion, and pride in shared accomplishments. In his spare time, he has run two marathons (Paris and New York) and climbed Mt. Fuji with his daughters.
Juan Perez, Executive Creative Director
Juan believes that drawing out ideas from people across all disciplines is critical to creating impactful work for clients. He hopes to drive our clients’ business success in an increasingly consumer-empowered and digitally dynamic marketing arena.
Taylor Bryant, Chief Strategy Officer
Taylor developed his skills in marketing to businesses of all sizes through his work with technology, financial services, and telecommunications clients. He leads a team of strategists in deconstructing brands, digging into customer mindsets, and developing strategies to reposition brands in transition.
Sam Rand, Managing Partner, Group Director
Sam has a unique perspective on life and business. At age 40, he took a one-year leave of absence from the agency business to train in Gracie Jiu-Jitsu and stayed at the Gracie Academy for six years. The Mullen brand and leadership are the key reasons he’s back in the business. He brings optimism to everything he touches as he leads agency resources for key Mullen clients and genuinely cares about his clients’ success, which he defines simply as strong brands powering earnings growth.
Diane Ridgway-Cross, Managing Partner, Frank About Women
Diane knows that one-size-does-not-fit-all when it comes to women’s attitudes, mindsets and behaviors. She is currently conducting her own ethnographic, long-term gender analysis with an in-home field study on two subjects: Charlie, 8, and Annie Kate, 6.
Ray Trosan, Executive Director, Media and Integration
Ray has a tireless passion for getting the best deals for clients in every purchase. He has custom built two houses, the second for his mother and twin sister, who now live next door. Ray considers himself a Yankee by birth, but a rebel by choice.
Jennifer Ganshirt, Managing Partner, Frank About Women and Director of Strategic Planning
Jennifer has worked with Fortune 500 companies to provide female-savvy brand-building insights and actionable, marketing initiatives. She has been listening to women her whole life and understands that what women say doesn’t always match what they do.
Ruthie Winig, SVP, Public relations and Social Marketing
Ruthie has more than 10 years of experience developing strategic communication programs for Proctor & Gamble, John Paul Mitchell Systems, Bath & Body Works and Just My Size. She is an expert on marketing custom products and experiences in-store, online and on-package.
