Pittsburgh

Long one of the region’s pioneering agencies, our Pittsburgh office offers advertising, public relations, account planning, direct marketing and digital marketing. Our founders were both members of the Pittsburgh Advertising Hall of Fame with a history of pursuing business through great work. We retain that entrepreneurial spirit, our passion for the product and our reputation as one of Pittsburgh’s pioneering creative agencies.

Leadership

Brian Bronaugh, President and Executive Creative Director

Brian is here to push, prod, control, guide, inspire, and die over the creative product. Aside from the obvious necessities — family, oxygen, chocolate — he can’t live without curiosity.

Alex Maurer, Senior Vice President,Director of Client Services

Alex leads and motivates his team to help our clients succeed. Prior to his 13 years at Mullen, he worked in architectural sales and as an assistant concierge in a Swiss hotel.

Michael Hoff, Senior Vice President, Director of Content

Michael tries to make people listen to what our clients have to offer when they’re over-inundated with noise from marketing traffic. If that doesn’t work, he heads out in the woods with a Pennsylvania long rifle to blow off steam.

Terri Petras, Director of Business Development

Terri creates space for ideas to evolve by asking a lot of questions, searching for answers and clearing the way. She has worked with three Pennsylvania governors in the past and coaches girls’ basketball for fun.

Dave Popelka, Senior Vice President, Director of Account Planning

Dave spends his days connecting the dots between clients, consumers and life. In his pre-Mullen life, Dave has worked as a lifeguard and stand-up comedian.
