I get to work with a group of people who are passionate about what they do and empowered to find new ways to achieve success for themselves and their clients.
What I really do
Create an environment that enables success. I open up sightlines and lines of communications. I get everyone to venture outside of their comfort zone. I facilitate decision making. I let people do their jobs; then I have a drink.
Accomplishments
I play a mean trombone, euphonium and the spoons.
How I maintain sanity
I like to name my dogs after my clients. No, I would never think of hurting my dog, Bob Hoffman.
How I measure client success
I drive stakes in the ground and measure the distance traveled on a daily basis.
