Why I work at Mullen
Change. There is always the opportunity to experience something new, to have my perspective changed and hopefully create meaningful change for my clients.
What I really do
I spend most of my time listening — to my clients' needs, to what the customer says and to people a lot smarter than me. Hopefully after all this listening I can open my clients' eyes to a new idea or approach that will take their business to a new level.
How I maintain sanity
I cook, do home improvement, hit the gym and act like a little kid.
Why I think this is the golden age of creativity
In a world and industry that is changing as rapidly as it is today, creativity abounds and is the currency of success. The level of new technologies and outlets has brought about an environment in our business where creative solutions are endless. Conversely, the challenges for our clients and the ever-increasing scrutiny of their business has created the necessity for agencies to work harder to find truly breakthough ideas and solutions that will drive their clients' businesses. There is no set formula for success. Often there are multiple right answers. That opens the door for creativity, and makes this one of the most exciting times to be in the communications field.
