Olympus: For the complete picture, we now go to Twitter, Facebook and YouTube

Digital innovation is in Olympus’s DNA. So it’s no surprise they’ve enthusiastically embraced social media to engage with customers and fans, build community around their products, and inspire users to join them in the creation of content.

Today, we’re working with Olympus to use social media as it was meant to be used.  We’re starting conversations, introducing users to each other, joining discussions, and inspiring photographers to participate in the brand’s voice. On Twitter,  we’re interacting with bloggers, enthusiasts and anyone else interested in photography. On Facebook, we’ve gathered a group of passionate fans. And finally, on  YouTube, Olympus is sharing content and inviting people to create their own. We’re even  tapping into other social media enthusiasts to help us create content worth paying attention to.  Recognize the character in the picture?  It’s none other than Tom Dickson of “Will it Blend?” fame.

Think about it.  Images and video are all about sharing and expressing yourself. What better place to do it than in social media?
